Aima Baig, a well-known singer of Pakistan music industry, has filed a damages of 10 crores against a local magazine for misrepresenting the news.

While sharing an Insta story on photo and video sharing platform Instagram, singer Aima Baig shared photos of legal documents informing social media users about the damages.

According to the document, the singer gave the local magazine two days to issue a public apology or else pay Rs 10 crore.

He appealed to his fellow artistes in the showbiz industry to support him against this fake reporting, writing that now is the time to stand against cover journalism and fake reporting.

Aima Baig said that I am done, I have stood up for myself and all those who will be their next target.

It may be noted that a local news platform ran a story in which the singer quoted an earlier interview claiming that she had a crush on her brother, who is 7 years older than her.
