Reema Khan has once again become the center of attention, this time due to allegations of fraud leveled against her by a man named Shahid Rafiq, whose video is going viral on social media.
Shahid Rafiq, who works in Qatar, claims that he invested in Reema Khan’s film Love Mein Ghum but was defrauded of millions by her.
According to Shahid Rafiq, in 2009, he returned to Lahore from Qatar with the intention of purchasing property. During this time, he met Reema Khan’s sister, Maira Khan, who was involved in the real estate business. Maira advised him to invest in the film and assured him of profits, which he agreed to.
Shahid alleges that Maira also introduced him to Reema Khan, after which he transferred the money. However, Maira later refused to sell him the plots and demanded additional funds.
The individual stated that Reema invited him to Malaysia, where the film was being shot. Shahid Rafiq claims that he facilitated the film’s completion, but when asked for more money, he demanded a refund of his investment.
According to Shahid Rafiq, Reema signed an agreement with him but never returned the money.
Shahid alleges that he has all the evidence and has filed a case against Reema. However, Reema has not appeared in court, and the case has been pending for the past four years.
Following the release of this video on social media, users have expressed sympathy for Shahid Rafiq, advising him to expedite legal proceedings, while Reema is facing severe criticism.
