Arshad Nadeem is a gold medallist and Olympic champion who has elevated Pakistan to prominence. When Pakistanis were in the depths of despair, the star Javelin Thrower brought gold back to their country after 32 years. Born and raised in the modest city of Mian Chanu, he has brought honour and dignity to his hometown with his unwavering commitment and diligence. Pakistanis are praising and rewarding him profusely, and he is receiving what he is due.
Along with his mother, journalist Hamid Mir spoke with Arshad Nadeem, and the two of them discussed their joy following Arshad’s victory. Speaking about his future goals, he mentioned that he has earned several significant awards, including 10 crore rupees from the Punjabi government and 15 crore rupees from the federal government.
