Bushra Ansari’s Reply to Atiqa Odho’s Statement Regarding Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum

Bushra Ansari is a veteran Pakistani artist known for her diverse talents. Her notable Pakistani dramas include Aangan Terha, Barat Series, Pardes, Seeta Bhagri, Bilquees Kour, Udaari, Badlon Per Basaira, Tere Bin, Zebaish, Deewar E Shab, Very Filmy, and others. Bushra Ansari fans have praised her performance in ARY Digital’s popular drama series Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum.

Bushra Ansari recently appeared on Faysal Quraishi’s podcast, Pressure Buhat Hai. In the podcast, she discussed portraying the mother of senior performers at a young age. The actor responded indirectly to the concerns of performers who are concerned about playing age-appropriate characters.

Bushra Ansari stated, “At the time, females were hesitant to assume the roles of mothers; I played Touqeer Nasir’s mother in 1986, but other actors refused to perform that role. Nauman Ijaz, like us, does not care about playing father. We’re always enthused about our characters. “I played Rahat Kazmi’s grandmother.”

When asked about Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’s success, Bushra Ansari stated, “The reason for Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’s success was the script’s genuine approach and relatability. All of the performers, cast, and crew were excellent, but the writer and director deserve credit for telling a typical home narrative in such a lovely way.” Here’s a link to the video:
