Fawad Khan is a well-known Pakistani television and film actor who was once the lead vocalist for the popular rock band EP. He rose to prominence through his music career, but it was his smash Hum TV series Humsafar that propelled him to new heights. His fame grew much more following Hum TV’s successful drama Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Fawad Khan has also appeared in Ashk, Akbari Asghari, and Kuch Pyar Ka Pagal Pan Bhi Tha. Following Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Fawad never featured in another Pakistani drama. Fawad Khan is now making news for his roles in a number of Pakistani and foreign television programs, including Barzakh and Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo. Aside from that, he is apparently working on an Indian series.
Amna Isani, a presenter and journalist, recently shared exclusive information regarding Fawad Khan’s new Indian series on Something Haute’s show Haute Review, which is presented by Hassan Choudhry.
According to Amna Isani of Haute Review, Fawad Khan is starring in a big-budget series as the trainer of polo players. Umera Ahmed wrote the series. It’s directed by Asim Raza. The series is being produced by Misbah Shafique, who has previously worked with Zee 5. It will be shown or released on Sony Life. The cast also features Sanam Saeed, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Hira Khan, and others. The series was shot in London, Islamabad, and Chitral. In the series, Fawad Khan plays the character Chitrali Nawab, who trains polo players. Sanam Saeed is possibly portraying the role of a British girl.”
