Is Saheefa Jabbar facing any trouble? She even deleted her social media account

Pakistani drama industry’s famous actress Saheefa Jabbar Khattak has once again surprised her fans.

After a four-year break, while she made a comeback in acting, she also announced her withdrawal from social media, leaving everyone curious.

Recently, Saheefa shared a long post on Instagram, where she revealed that she is distancing herself from all social media platforms.

She wrote, “Today, I have successfully deleted my Facebook account. I hope that one day, I will erase all traces of my presence on social media.”

Saheefa expressed regret over some past decisions in her post. She wrote, “Every immature, foolish, and unserious interview, every photoshoot that I didn’t like, and every project that I wasn’t fully invested in—I feel ashamed of them. But at the same time, I am also grateful for the blessings this industry has given me.”

Talking about the successes she achieved in her career, she said, “Financially, this industry gave me opportunities that I might not have found elsewhere. It allowed me to travel the world, provide a better life for my family, and spend good moments with them. But if you ask me, there are still many projects, interviews, and opinions that I am not proud of.”

Discussing her mental state, Saheefa wrote, “I believe that peace is what we are all searching for. I wish for a better future than my present. I want to meet people who inspire me. I want to spend more time with my parents and my husband. As a family, we have made countless sacrifices to build our future.”

She also highlighted the negative effects of social media. Saheefa wrote, “Social media no longer brings any positive value to my life. This is my personal decision, and I don’t need to stay in a toxic environment to prove my strength. If you think fighting toxicity means staying trapped in it, then maybe you need to rethink what real battles are worth fighting for.”

Saheefa criticized the negativity and fake happiness spread on social media. She wrote, “It’s disturbing that people are lost in meaningless content, fake lives, and things detached from reality. It disappoints me, and I feel sorry for them.”

At the end of her long caption, Saheefa left an important message for her fans. She wrote, “The disgusting words you use to put down a strong and independent woman reflect your upbringing. If your words cannot bring any good to someone, then it’s better to stay silent.”
