Hareem Farooq is amazing as Masooma in the show Bismil. Fans of the serial despise her character, and she has caused havoc in Reham’s (Savera Nadeem) life. Hareem Farooq, Saad Qureshi, and Savera Nadeem were guests on Fuchsia, where they addressed the psychology of their characters in Bismil.
Hareem spoke about Masooma and stated that she is not a negative character since she is genuine to herself. She represents the desires we all have within us. It is up to us to decide how we will fulfill those desires. We all carry a Masooma within us.

She also admitted that she used to exclusively receive good girl roles and jumped on Bismil when she was offered it. She enjoyed performing it, and many on the set used to say, “Would you walk out of it?” This is an extremely negative character, and you will receive a lot of hate. Hareem, on the other hand, is passionate about acting and enjoys playing a variety of characters.
