Pakistan’s Olympic winner, Arshad Nadeem, has returned to the country. He achieved history by becoming Pakistan’s first Olympic gold medalist in track sports, and he brought the country honor last night. He was greeted at the airport and then on the streets of Lahore. The champion was greeted by his father and sibling at the Lahore airport. He arrived in Mian Chanu today, and his village brethren and mother welcomed him.
Arshad’s father had an emotional moment when he and his kid embraced at the immigration gates. They cried, and the entire country sensed their feelings.
