He has since spoken extensively about resurrecting the film business, although little has been done from either end. He spoke on the GNN Studios Podcast about his life, work, and challenges in the Pakistani film industry.
Babrik discussed the option to travel to India and why he did not settle there. He claimed that he traveled there for work in 2006 and was offered the opportunity to move there, but he can’t image living in India. He stated that India is a dirty country and that he cannot live there. He is not opposed to Indains, but he did not settle there due to poor food, filthy conditions, and mob attacks.

He also discussed Pakistani celebrities working in India. He stated that Mahira worked there because artists often believe that working with a well-known Indian actress will boost their standards. Otherwise, India has only called our artists when they lacked the necessary talent.
