Bushra Ansari, a veteran Pakistani actress, was presented with the coveted Award of Recognition during a ceremony in the UK Parliament for her outstanding achievements to the entertainment business and social activism.

She created history by becoming Pakistan’s first female drama performer to achieve such accolade.

The British Asian Society and Samara Events UK jointly arranged the event, which was hosted by MP Yasmin Qureshi.

Several prominent figures attended the ceremony, including MP Afzal Khan, A. Haq (Chairman of the British Asian Society), Maria Soraya, Amal Hafeez, and a diverse group of community leaders, artists, and fans of the iconic actress.
