Pakistani actor Ejaz Aslam became emotional and broke into tears while remembering his mother during a private TV channel’s Ramadan transmission.
The renowned drama and film actor recently opened up about his emotions and experiences following his mother’s passing. Her death a few months ago deeply affected him, leaving him in immense grief.
Ejaz Aslam appeared as a guest on actor Faisal Qureshi’s Ramadan show, where he openly spoke about life after losing his mother. He shared that he is still struggling to cope with the loss.
He said, “My mother’s passing was a huge shock for me. I left Pakistan for three months because I wanted to escape her memories. She was only sick for 15 days before she left us. I am still stuck in that phase, and I miss her terribly. My home now feels empty.”
While expressing his feelings, Ejaz Aslam became visibly emotional, with tears in his eyes.
Hearing his words, host and close friend Faisal Qureshi comforted him and revealed that it was his suggestion for Ejaz Aslam to travel abroad to help him cope with the grief.
Faisal Qureshi said that Ejaz was under immense mental stress, which is why he advised him to spend some time abroad for some relief.
Ejaz Aslam shared that he was very close to his mother, and life feels unimaginable without her.
He said, “My mother was everything to me. Life feels incomplete without her. Since she passed away, my home no longer has the same warmth and blessings it once did.”
After clips of the interview went viral, fans and fellow industry artists expressed their heartfelt sympathy for Ejaz Aslam, with many offering prayers for him.
