Pakistani actress Hira Mani is facing severe criticism for comparing herself to Kareena Kapoor. Hira Mani, who is popular among fans for her unique acting and interesting personality, is facing backlash after a recent interview statement.

During an interview, when asked if she could play Geet (Kareena Kapoor’s character) in the Bollywood film Jab We Met, Hira Mani not only agreed but also claimed that the role might have been written based on her real life.

She said, “When this film was released, my aunt immediately called me and said that this movie is based on your character. When I watched the film, I also felt that I had a lot of similarities with this role. I believe that director Imtiaz Ali must have met me, which is why he wrote the character of Geet like this.”

After her statement, social media users strongly reacted.

Many accused her of self-obsession, while some jokingly said that she was trying to be Kareena Kapoor, but the original always remains original.

Some even compared her to India’s Urvashi Rautela, saying that she always praises herself.

So far, Hira Mani has not responded to the criticism.

This is not the first time Hira Mani has faced controversy due to her statements. She has often been in the news for her unconventional opinions and interesting remarks.
