Pakistan’s famous twin sisters, actresses Aiman and Minal Khan, have shared how they lost weight after childbirth.

Recently, Aiman and Minal appeared as guests on a private TV channel’s morning show.

During the show, the sisters discussed various interesting topics and also gave a detailed response to the question about their weight loss journey.

Aiman and Minal Khan revealed that they have always been on the heavier side, as obesity runs in their genes. That’s why they have to stay constantly cautious about weight gain.

Aiman Khan shared that she gained a lot of weight during and after her first pregnancy, but making lifestyle changes made a big difference.

On the other hand, Minal Khan advised every girl to do something for weight loss. She suggested taking at least 20 minutes a day for exercise.

Both actresses emphasized the importance of staying active, saying, “Even if you just move your hands and feet while sitting, make sure to stay active.”

During the show, Aiman and Minal also revealed that to lose weight, they completely cut out sugary foods and eliminated fast food like pizza and burgers from their diet.

Minal Khan added that they didn’t join any gym for their weight loss journey. Instead, they trained together at home, and a balanced diet along with exercise played a crucial role in their weight loss.

Earlier, Aiman and Minal Khan had also appeared in the Geo Podcast on Geo News’ digital platform.

During that interview, they once again credited moderation in diet and regular exercise as the secret behind their weight loss.
