He married a second time in 2012 to TV journalist Farah Yousuf, and a third time in 2023 to anchor Aroosa Khan.

Iqrar Ul Hassan has a son with his first wife, Qurat Ul Ain Iqrar. His first and third wives get along well. After his third marriage, his first wife Farah is rarely seen with Iqrar Ul Hassan, but he has recently spoken about his second marriage.

He discussed his second marriage with Farah Iqrar on Samaa TV’s Coffee with Samaa, which is presented by Naeem Hanif and Bushra.

Speaking about it, Iqrar Ul Hassan stated, “Farah was already an established anchor when we were suffering. She hosted Raat Gaye on PTV. She has worked at Dunya News and ARY Digital. She traveled to Karachi from Lahore, and I invited her to my residence, where we started meeting. It became usual for them, and our encounters became longer. I don’t recall who proposed first, and I don’t even remember my first marriage’s proposal since things simply occurred; similarly, in 2012, we decided to marry, which I believe was my decision, and Annie was on the phone with me when our Nikah was solemnised.”

He also gave information regarding his second marriage announcement. Iqrar Ul Hassan stated, “Once, when I was in Paris with my second wife Farah, a fan captured our photo and distributed it. I immediately addressed Farah and made it plain that she is my second wife. It was upsetting to fans at the time, and they attacked my second marriage because it was not acceptable in our society.”
