Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar is an outstanding Pakistani drama and film writer, poet, and producer. He recently received recognition for his drama series Gentleman. His other prominent dramas are Mere Paas Tum Ho, Bunty I Love You, Landa Bazar, Boota From Toba Tek Singh, Dil Lagi, and Sadqay Tumhare. The senior writer is an excellent public speaker as well. He frequently appears on numerous talk shows and interviews. He is currently appearing as a guest speaker on Samaa TV’s show Mukalma.
Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar recently appeared on Hafiz Ahmed’s podcast, where he explained why he did not work with star Pakistani actress Saba Qamar, who previously worked with him on Hum TV’s drama serial Bunty I Love You.
Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar stated, “I will never cast Saba Qamar again in any of my dramas.” I don’t think I’ll ever work with her because the clothing she wears don’t suit me. She’s a brilliant actor, and I appreciate her work; she gave a stellar performance in my drama serial Bunty I Love You, but her style of attire is contrary to our conventions and culture. I understand that wearing such clothes is her personal choice, and I should not object to it, but I still have the right to choose.”
