You’ve probably seen her on shows and are aware that she used to teach everyone manners and etiquettes. She was a well-behaved lady who was popular among many people. She knew how to groom girls. She taught many people about her life. I was shocked to learn of her passing. When I missed home-made cuisine in Karachi, Mom would give me delicious cooked meals with a lovely presentation.
When I learned of her death, I became enraged by her disease (cancer), which had taken many of our precious lives. I was asking her to the show, but she kept saying, ‘Ask Madeha to meet me because I can’t come to her.’ I had no idea why she was saying this until I learned about her condition. It’s pretty awful news indeed.”
