Maham Aamir recently appeared on Madeha Naqvi’s morning show, Subh Ka Samaa. In the broadcast, she discussed her marriage to Faizan Sheikh. She claimed that Faizan’s mother, Parveen Akbar, wanted her to marry him.
She explained, “Parveen Aapa casually asked me to marry Faizan Sheikh. We all worked together on a drama. Our team went to the set to wish our director happy birthday. On set, after praying, Parveen Aapa told me, ‘Tum Faizan se Shadi Ker lo – marry my kid Faizan.’ That really surprised me. I then told her, “Parveen Aapa, first ask your son.” I’m not refusing the proposal, but your kid should accept it.
On another occasion, Maham Aamir said that Faizan Sheikh proposed to her in the car when they were driving and listening music. In the broadcast with Dr. Aamir Liaquat, the couple divulged details about their love marriage.
