Mariam Nafees says she likes children, but becoming a mother herself is not easy. Mariam recently appeared as a guest on a private TV morning show, where she discussed the changes in her life after becoming pregnant.
She mentioned that she believes everything has the right time in life, and some things are written by Allah for us. She added that after marriage, they had a very happy time together, and by March this year, it will be three years of their marriage.
The actress said that after spending a pleasant time together, they decided it was time to think about expanding their family.
She shared that she loves children and adores her friends’ kids, but deciding to become a mother is a difficult decision because pregnancy completely changes a woman’s life.
Mariam further explained that as an actress, she was a little worried about gaining weight during pregnancy. Now that she has gained a lot of weight, she said that one must mentally prepare for such situations.
She also talked about maintaining her workout routine despite being pregnant, mentioning that a fitness trainer friend of hers guided her to continue the exercises she did earlier, but without heavy weight lifting.
