Mariyam Nafees, who just left Pakistan during her pregnancy, responded to the trolls for abandoning the country. Some social media users believe she is moving abroad for her child’s birth so that the baby can obtain citizenship.

Mariyam responded to the trolls by saying, “How many of these? Because of the father, our child will receive foreign nationality regardless of where she or he is born. Not everyone travels to obtain their bacha’s foreign nationality, and there is absolutely no harm in it. Given the current conditions, you would do the same if you could. Shut up and sit down.

Mariyam also told a tale about how many girls asked her if it was safe to travel while pregnant.

She answered the girls’ question, adding, “You can travel for up to 28 weeks without a doctor’s’safe to travel’ certificate. After that, you will need the certificate for 36 weeks. They will not allow you to travel totally after the 36th week. Airlines’ policies also differ, so get the details before booking.”
