She has a large fan base, and admirers like her for her frank and opinionated demeanor. Aside from that, Mathira recently hosted The 21 Mm show, where she interviewed social media celebrities. Mathira is an incredibly confident lady who is also a young single mother with three adult sons.
Today, the attractive host appeared on Madeha Naqvi’s morning show Subh Ka Samaa. During the show, she discussed having a neurodevelopmental problem. Mathira spoke openly about her ADHD diagnosis and therapy.
Mathira spoke about her problem, saying, “I learned about ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) as an adult. When I attempted to get medical attention for my mental health issues, my doctor informed me that I had ADHD. I was prescribed medication, which I used for a while but stopped since I didn’t want to get reliant on it.
You must heal yourself, so I learnt how to do it on my own. I did a lot of research about ADHD; it is not an aberration or a serious disease, and you should not be afraid to seek medical care. It can be handled wisely. Children with cognitive and mental issues suffer the most as a result of unintentional academic pressure from their parents. It needs to be handled carefully. Parents should learn how to direct their children’s energy rather than allowing it to become negative. Here’s a link to the video:
