After Pakistani actress Mawra Hussain’s wedding, while fans congratulated her, her Sanam Teri Kasam co-star Harshvardhan Rane also sent his best wishes in a unique way.
Mawra Hussain and Ameer Gilani tied the knot on February 5, 2025. To celebrate this occasion, her 2016 film Sanam Teri Kasam was re-released in Indian cinemas on February 7. Surprisingly, the film performed better than it did during its initial release, making it a huge surprise for Mawra.
In a recent interview, when Harshvardhan Rane was asked about his wedding gift to Mawra, he called the film’s renewed success the biggest gift.
The actor said, “I want to send my best wishes to Mawra through the film’s numbers because its re-release has done incredible business.”
He further revealed that after the film’s failure in 2016, he had cut off contact with his co-stars, producer, and director. However, its recent success has brought him joy, and he hopes it will bring a smile to Mawra’s face as well.
