Nargis reveals Pakistani ruler’s Rs2.5M offer for a private show

Nargis, previously regarded as the queen of Punjabi stage play, has made a surprising disclosure regarding Pakistan’s former military dictator.

During a recent podcast interview, Nargis told the interviewer that Pakistan’s former military dictator, Pervez Musharraf, offered her Rs2.5 million for a performance at Governor’s House, but she declined. She stated that she never attended private performances and only performed at the theatre.

Nargis has retired from dancing and performing on stage after dominating the Punjabi cinema industry for several years. She focuses on charity work and the issues that affect the poorest elements of society.
