The legal dispute between famous Pakistani actress Nazish Jahangir and actor-producer Asad Haroon has once again made headlines.
Nazish Jahangir has been accused of fraud and financial misconduct, while she is also taking legal action against Asad Haroon.
Asad Haroon shared details of the case and took a strong stance, saying, “Nazish pushed my mother; I will not stay silent anymore.”
He accused Nazish of taking 2.5 million rupees and a luxury car from him and not returning them. He also claimed that after taking the money and the car, Nazish threatened him in different ways.
Nazish Jahangir denied all the allegations, calling them baseless and announced legal action against Asad Haroon. She said that he was making false accusations to damage her reputation.
Due to this dispute, the matter reached court. Based on Asad Haroon’s request, a local court in Lahore issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Nazish Jahangir.
Later, on March 22, 2025, Nazish appeared in court and submitted bail bonds worth 50,000 rupees, after which the court canceled her arrest warrant. The next hearing is scheduled for April 28, 2025.
After the court proceedings, Asad Haroon made more serious accusations against Nazish Jahangir.
He claimed, “During the court hearing, Nazish pushed my mother. That’s why I spoke harshly against her. She comes to court with her lawyer, threatens people, and acts like a bully. I never insulted her before, but after what she did to my mother, I won’t stay silent.”
He further added, “This matter could have been solved peacefully, but Nazish did not cooperate. Now, we will take full legal action. She is a fraud, and may God protect everyone from people like her.”
Nazish Jahangir rejected all allegations, saying, “This is all false propaganda to defame me. I am fighting this case legally, and soon the truth will come out.”
