Noor Bukhari is a Pakistani former actress, director, model, and TV personality. She has appeared in numerous television episodes, films, and commercials. Throughout her film career, she appeared in 44 Urdu films and 20 Punjabi films.

Recently, Noor Bukhari shared a photo on Instagram with her husband Aun Chaudhry and children, in which she was seen wearing a black maxi dress paired with a light-colored scarf styled in a modern way.

However, the picture, shared without a traditional dupatta, did not sit well with fans, leading to criticism of Noor Bukhari.

One female user commented on the picture, saying, “Sister, this is called a turban, not a hijab.”

Another user criticized the actress, questioning, “What kind of hijab is this?”

A female commenter described the actress’s scarf style as a “turban” rather than proper veiling.

In response to the criticism, Noor Bukhari shared a story addressing the matter.

Noor wrote, “Wearing a hijab or covering my head is my personal choice. I didn’t do it for you, so stop commenting on my choices. Whether I wear a hijab, a turban, or a dupatta, it’s none of your concern. If you are going to be accountable for my grave, then speak; otherwise, remain silent.”
