Rakhi Sawant, a renowned Indian actress, model, and digital influencer known for her bold and controversial personality, married an Indian Muslim, Adil Durrani, and accepted Islam a few years ago. Unfortunately, their marriage did not work out, but Rakhi became a staunch follower of Islam, and she embarked on her Umrah journey last year, praying for peace after her separation from her husband.
This year, Rakhi returned to Umrah. She began the year 2025 with a spiritual pilgrimage. Rakhi Sawant is currently in Madina, and will proceed to the Khana Kaaba to conduct Umrah.
In her video, Rakhi stated, “The world is celebrating New Year, and we are here on a pilgrimage. It’s great to begin the New Year on this spiritual journey. I feel 2025 would be fantastic because I started it with Umrah. People are praying, and I’m praying for all of my friends and others in need. It’s extremely lovely to observe everyone conducting the Umrah with devotion and calm.”
