Saba Faisal recently appeared on Good Morning Pakistan, where she lambasted educated households who lack family values and customs.
Speaking about it, Saba Faisal stated, “Greeting (salam) is very important in our family.” If someone does not welcome the elders, it becomes a major issue in our family. My eldest sister becomes unhappy if someone’s child does not greet her. We have many children in our family, and the most of them greet seniors, but if one youngster forgets to greet, my elder sister remembers and will bring it up at the next gathering. I ignore it, but I’ve noticed that many educated families are quite welcoming; they meet and greet, but they don’t welcome elders at get-togethers, and they don’t feel awful about it. For them, it is simply natural.
