Salma Hasan recently participated on the show Toh Set Hai, alongside Aadi Adeal Amjad. In the show, she discussed her origins and her mother’s nationality.
While playing a game segment, she mistakenly mentioned her mother’s origin, saying, “Urdu is not my mother tongue, therefore I may make a mistake. My mother was partially British, hence English is my national language. My maternal grandma was British. Although, I know the Urdu alphabets extremely well and can read them here.
