According to Square’s study of property registration data, prominent Bollywood diva Sonakshi Sinha sold her posh Bandra condo for an amazing Rs 22.50 crore, earning about 61 percent profit.
Sonakshi bought the property in March 2020 for ₹14 crore.
Sinha sold the home at 81 Aureate, a MJ Shah Group building sprawling across 4.48 acres and features 4 BHK flats. According to papers, the apartment has a carpet area of 391.2 square meters (4,211 square feet) and a built-up area of 430.32 square meters (4,632 square feet). It also has three automobile parking places. The transaction required a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.35 crore and registration fees of Rs. 30,000.
According to IGR property registration documents, Sinha also owns another apartment at 81 Aureate.
Sonakshi Sinha is the fourth Bollywood star to sell her residence in the past month. In January 2025, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Director Subhash Ghai sold homes worth approximately ₹100 crore, according to property registration paperwork.
