During an interview with a private media outlet, Tabish Hashmi revealed that Fawad Khan has never appeared on his show, while almost all other artists have, with some even making multiple appearances.
When asked about Fawad Khan, Tabish said he considers him a serious person who might not fit well with the format of his show. He explained that guests are invited based on the show’s theme, and he prefers energetic and bubbly personalities to match his hosting style.
Tabish acknowledged Fawad Khan’s stature as a top actor and clarified that appearing on his show doesn’t make anyone bigger or smaller. He emphasized that his show is comedy-based and follows a lighthearted approach.
He also stated that he doesn’t want to invite a guest with restrictions on what can or cannot be asked, as it takes away the fun of hosting.
Towards the end of the interview, Tabish expressed his desire to explore acting, noting that many news personalities are now acting, singers are turning into actors, and vice versa. Since he already hosts a comedy show, he sees no reason why he can’t step into acting.
He further revealed that he has decided to pursue an acting career and will officially begin in 2025.
