Waseem Abbas is a veteran Pakistani television and film actor. He has been working in the media industry for nearly four decades. Waseem Abbas has been in several successful Pakistani shows. His famous works include Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Mere Humsafar, Ashiyana, Din, Family Front, Landa Bazar, Prem Gali, and others. Waseem Abbas is an opinionated actor who frequently voices his views on media topics.

Wasem Abbas recently appeared on ZAH Entertainment’s YouTube vlog, hosted by Zaheer Ahmed. Waseem Abbas discussed Firdous Jamal’s recent comments against Humayun Saeed and Mahira Khan in his entertainment news vlog.

Waseem Abbas asked, “What can I say about this? I believe we have no right to speak about others’ ages; it is all about public acceptance. For me, age is irrelevant; she looks pretty and remains beautiful. Her last performance was in ‘Maula Jatt,’ and she looked stunning in it. We should accept it. As elders, we should use extreme caution while expressing our opinions about the other co-actors. You can critique an actor’s performance, but not their age. For me, it’s below the belt.

Speaking of Humayun Saeed, he stated that he is a commercially successful actor who knows how to captivate an audience. Waseem Abbas stated, “He has a great fan base and is such a big star, but Firdous Jamal is criticizing him and asking, ‘Is he Marlon Brando? Yes! He’s Pakistan’s Marlon Brando. I believe this criticism is unnecessary and should not be made. We also opposed his prior statements. Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan are 54 or 55 years old, yet they continue to work because people like them.
