Dhoom Dhaam begins with Veer and Koko’s families arranging their marriage. The priest tells them they must marry within two weeks. Koko’s uncle, Khushwant Kapoor, also appears, playing an important role later. Veer is attracted to Koko, who seems shy and sweet, but they don’t get much time alone before the wedding due to their families’ interference.
Veer tries to impress Koko by bringing her lilies, but he doesn’t know she dislikes them. Instead, the family dog, Tushie, eats them all!
After their wedding, things take a sudden turn. On their first night, two strangers knock on their door, demanding to know, “Where is Charlie?” Veer and Koko are shocked and have no idea who Charlie is. He saved the footage on a pen drive shaped like Charlie Chaplin and tried to report it but discovered that the police themselves were the culprits. To escape, he secretly slipped the pen drive into Veer’s Shagun bags at the mall. Now, the corrupt officers are after Veer, thinking he has Charlie!
Veer falls for Koko
Veer and Koko must find the five bags to locate Charlie before 8 AM and save their families. Meanwhile, two men are chasing them. They spend the whole night searching through Mumbai, facing challenges but growing closer with each step.
Veer, who once wanted a quiet and simple wife, starts falling for the bold and fearless Koko. He finally lets go of his fears, and together, they complete each other in unexpected ways.

They inform Veer that Sanjay Ribeiro, the man he trusted, is the real villain behind the heist and has kidnapped Koko and her uncle.
To rescue Koko, Veer must find Charlie before 8 AM. He suddenly realizes that their dog, Tushie, accidentally ate the pen drive along with the lilies. He gives the dog laxatives and rushes to meet Sanjay, while the CID team hides nearby, ready to catch him at Veer’s signal.
Koko falls for Veer
Veer tells Sanjay that Charlie is inside Tushie’s stomach. Meanwhile, Koko angrily shouts at everyone for tying her up. When a man slaps her, Veer loses control and fights back, impressing Koko. The CID arrives just in time to arrest Sanjay, ending their wild wedding night.
